1. Who We Are
g-casinos.ca (the "Website", "we", "us") is an independent information and comparison website about online casinos available to Canadian players. We are not a casino, a gambling operator or a payment provider. Because of this, the amount of personal data we handle is deliberately minimal.

2. What Information We Collect
We collect only two narrow categories of data, and nothing else:
a) Contact-form data
If you choose to write to us through our contact form, we receive the information you type in: your name, your email address, the subject you select and the text of your message. This data is stored securely, is used exclusively to read and reply to your enquiry, and is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers, casinos or any other third party.
b) Technical data
To understand which listings visitors find useful and to protect the Website against abuse, we record basic technical information when you click certain outbound links: an anonymized (hashed) form of your IP address used for aggregate click statistics and rate limiting, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page. The hashed IP cannot be reversed into your actual address, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from this data.
c) What we never collect
The Website has no account registration, no login area for visitors, and no payment functionality. We therefore never collect passwords, dates of birth, government identifiers, banking details, card numbers or any other payment data. If any website claiming to be us asks you for such information, it is not us — please report it.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on two legal bases: consent — you actively choose to submit the contact form, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your message; and legitimate interest — maintaining aggregate, anonymized click statistics and protecting the Website against automated abuse are legitimate interests that do not override your privacy, because the data involved cannot identify you.

5. Third-Party Websites
The Website contains links to third-party online casinos and other external resources. Once you follow one of those links, you leave g-casinos.ca and everything that happens afterwards — including any registration forms you fill in, cookies that are set, or verification documents you upload — is governed solely by the third party's own privacy policy and terms. 6. Data Retention
Contact-form messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and are deleted on request once the matter is resolved. Click statistics are stored in aggregated, anonymized form only; because they contain no identifiable information, they may be retained for longer-term trend analysis. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not combine data sets to identify individuals.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction if it is inaccurate, and to request its deletion. We will respond as quickly as reasonably possible and, in most cases, the only data we will hold about you is the message you sent us.
8. Data Security
Contact-form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access restricted to the site operators. Technical data is hashed at the point of collection. While no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, the minimal nature of the data we collect substantially limits any risk to you.
9. Children and Minors
The Website is intended exclusively for adults of legal gambling age in their province or territory — 19+ in most of Canada and 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through our contact form, please tell us via the contact form and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if our tooling changes or the law requires it. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
